AG-800 Wireless (Bluetooth) IIoT Gateway is one of the main components of Tecom’s Smart Motor UPI System.
It connects to the VB-800ML Wireless Vibration Temperature Sensor to obtain the three-axis Velocity & Acceleration RMS value, Velocity & Acceleration FFT, Raw Data and single-point temperature value of device vibration at regular intervals. It is suitable for measuring temperature and vibration of electromechanical equipment such as motors, air compressors and pumps.It allows you to easily manage your electromechanical equipment, grasp the health status of your electromechanical equipment, and prevent losses caused by catastrophic shutdowns.

It is easy to install.  After installing the VB-800ML sensor on the electromechanical equipment, the status of the electromechanical equipment can be directly connected to a smartphone through the network.  Providing the owner with a powerful IIoT real-time push notification and always connection.  It also provides two-way & interactive Mobile Maintenance (MM) function.   When work with Tecom’s Machine Health and Electricity Waste Management Platform (MHEW), it can also provide electromechanical equipment operation information, alarms, trends, diagnosis, preventive maintenance, electricity usage records. Equipment Parameter setting, designated notification and other functions will be provided as well.
