Overview

Tecom MHm system includes the IIoT Gateway AG-300 Plus and various sensors, such as the temperature sensor, accelerometer and the multifunctional power meter.

It suitable for measuring temperature, vibration and electricity consumption data of electrical and mechanical equipment such as switchgear, motors, air compressors and pumps.

This system allows you to easily manage your electromechanical equipment, grasp the health status of your electromechanical equipment.

Easy install the integrated sensor on the machine under management, connect its RS-485 output to the IIoT Gateway, so as to access the mobile internet and virtually connect to the remote smart phone or control room servers. The vibration data are time-domain and frequency -domain selectable.

The “always-connect” and “push-notification” function of IoT structure provide the users with real-time, interactive operations, which are essential to the new generation Mobile Maintenance (MM).

 

Features

1. The IoT Gateway’s Always-Connect and Push-Notification capabilities make machine monitoring, reporting, alarming, diagnosis, and control be done remotely, interactively and in real-time, between the machines and remote smart phones.

2. After the real-time operation data detected by the smart sensor is collected, it will be sent to the Smart Machine Health Management Platform (MHm) or mobile APP, and provide trend information and alarms.

3. Support Modbus TCP Protocols, can be directly connected to 3rd Party system as PLC, SCADA, DCS, Cloud…

4. Can connect vibration, temperature, power (voltage, current, power, power, energy), pressure, flow and other sensing signals
