Tecom was certified to ISO 9001 since 1992. Tecom follows ISO Quality management principles underlying the ISO 9000 series for our customers.  It  gives an overview of these principles and shows how, collectively, they can form a basis for performance improvement and organizational excellence.

  • Principle 1 – Customer focus: Tecom depends on its customers and therefore should understand current and future customer needs, should meet customer requirements and strive to exceed customer expectations.

Tecom was certified to ISO 14001 since 1998. Tecom follows its strict operational process for its every product line. Its environmental policy will make the staff to estimate the impact on the environment of each step.

Tecom’s environmental policy is based on the principle that excellence in these areas maximizes the long term value to its employees, communities, customers, shareholders and the environment. Tecom ensures leadership through concern for this key area of performance in its culture, strategies, plant and process design and operation, and in its product design, presentation, transportation, and technical support.
